Black Cat and Blue Butterflies | Original Framed Pocket Painting

🐈 A curious cat and two blue butterflies

A black cat reaches towards a blue butterfly, its raised paw capturing a moment of playful curiosity. A second butterfly floats nearby against the vivid red background, while the cat’s long tail curves across a grey ledge. Textured oil brushwork and a warm gold-toned frame give this little original plenty of character.

🎨 Welcome to my Pocket Paintings

Small paintings, full of the things I love to paint! My Pocket Paintings celebrate everyday favourites, flowers and curious characters through colour, texture and expressive brushwork.

I paint each one by hand in my Hertfordshire studio, and I love creating these little originals for you to enjoy in your own home. Their miniature size makes it easy to start an art collection, add to an existing one or find room for something you simply love.

📏 Size

• Painting: approximately 7.5 × 7.5 cm (3 × 3 inches)
• Overall framed size: approximately 11.5 × 11.5 cm (4.5 × 4.5 inches)

Please check these measurements before ordering. This is a miniature painting, and the hand-held photograph helps show its scale.
